Declined Reduce AFK bot timer

The bots that I have seen seem to stick around for 5+ minutes, but I'm not sure of the exact number. Either way, it's too long. I have been trying to get into a server with ~3 afk bots multiple times and it's not fair for an afk person to have priority over me. I am sure this has happened to other people as well.

Plus, most people don't like playing against afk bots anyways so getting rid of them faster would be nice.

I suggest something around 2 minutes.
