It's been a while since this happened, I only recently came to appeal because I just got back into TF2 again.

I went over to my friend's house to play some TF2 with him. I knew he used things like aimbots sometimes, but I did not expect him to use it while I was over. Short story, he hacks while we are both playing on a skial server and gets his home's IP banned, which I'm assuming bans all Steam accounts connected to that IP at the time. I go to a different place the next day and find that my whole account was banned from skial servers.

I understand if it is impossible to discern whether or not I used any hacks as well, and if I should be unbanned. I don't know how any of it works. I knew it was a dumb idea to have him join on any of my favorite servers.​

Can someone please take a look at this? There have been 4 people after me at this point who have had responses to their appeals.

The account that was originally banned looks like a obvious throw away hacker alt. We're going to have to assume it was you who was hacking since we have no way to confirm if you story were to be true, so you won't be unbanned.

Also sorry it took so long for a response.

If I am able to get my friend to come over here, prove that he is the owner of the hacking accounts and I'm the owner of the "MY COMPUTER IS FIXED" account, and that we are separate people, would I be able to have a resolved case?

I've never been banned from any other servers as I have never even downloaded any sort of aimbots, speedhacks or anything like that. Also I only connected to his IP that one day, I don't know if I can prove that I have had my own internet since April or something.

I just want to know if there's anything else I can do to try to get this ban lifted, or if it's past the point of saving, since there's no demos to show me on that date.
