Improve Admin App: ayzee

+1, no doubt ayzee would make a great admin. i know he loves the game and community as he has been playing exclusively on skial servers for a while now. on a personal note he also helps mod a small IRC channel based around TF2 and has always been level-headed and all around knowledgeable with the users.

+1, Ayzee would be a valuable asset to the community as an admin. I have spent a substantial amount of time in the dustbowl NY+ server with him, throughout which he has remained a pleasure to play with. He is interactive with the entire server, both regulars and new players. He makes every effort to encourage his team and provide a friendly atmosphere on both sides. He remains level headed when some of the more colorful characters enter the server and shows excellent decision making. As he pointed out he also has experience with the server side and admin side of tf2 and would likely have a smooth transition.

While I agree whole heartedly it would be nice if the servers did not need admins, I think it would be beneficial to have someone who is present on a frequent basis within the servers. I believe Ayzee would serve as a strong link between casual players, dedicated players, and the leaders of Skial.

Although I am not as active on the forums as I am in game, I know Ayzee will be highly involved with both.

I'm relatively new to Skial servers. In fact, ayzee introduced me to them. That said, I've known the guy for about 14 years now, and have quite enjoyed using servers he's been responsible for before. He's a level-headed, stand-up fellow.

I'll give a +1 ayzee payzee.

Ayzee asked for a good reference, I've known him for a long time for being a sysadmin. I personally manage web servers and fix devops issues. He's got a technical background, so administrative responsibilities is second nature to him.

+1 from me. I've been playing on Skial servers for awhile (since introduced to them by ayzee) and always have a blast. I've known ayzee for a few years outside of TF2 and know him to be very mature with a very experienced technical background. I believe he'd be perfect fit for admin.

+1 ayzee is the bomb and would make an amazing admin, been playing together for about 2 years and they have proven themselves worthy of this title!!

The reasoning behind this is basically the iffy quality or content of your responses to the above questions.
You've got 2 out of 3 questions wrong.

You are a good applicant and have a lot of assets, but you don't seem to familiar with the administration process. We don't expect too much from applicants but you seem relatively uninformed.
Take your time to get familiarized more with how we work, and feel free to reapply once you feel you have significantly changed.
For now I don't think you're ready.
