Having any possession of child pornography is illegal. Doesn't matter what you do with it.As long as you dont publicize it for the use of money or whatnot, you should be fine.

The police department is in possession of illegal drugs, yet they do not get arrested.Having any possession of child pornography is illegal. Doesn't matter what you do with it.
I am sorry to say but that statement you just made was really ignorant. The police are those who enforce state and federal laws. Skial admins are not anywhere near being a police officer. Police officers still get arrested if they have/use drugs of their own. No matter what, having child pornography on your computer in any form is illegal. There is no way around it.The police department is in possession of illegal drugs, yet they do not get arrested.
Pretty much the same principle would apply here. The admins are helping to get rid of the illegal spray, and the way to accomplish it is to possess it for a short period of time as evidence

If you take a screenshot of child porn, not only are you the proud new owner of some illegal material, you will also get charged with producing it, as you have made a copy.I am sorry to say but that statement you just made was really ignorant. As an aside: you might unknowingly be "producing" new copies of pedo sprays if you even join a server with one. If you run into one you need to nuke your tf\materials\temp folder where other people's sprays are auto-downloaded to.If you take a screenshot of child porn, not only are you the proud new owner of some illegal material, you will also get charged with producing it, as you have made a copy.
Best thing to do with this is report it to the relevant authorities asap, not with loli, but actual child porn.
You can use sm_removespray to delete the spray from the server.
One of the problems you might run into is having evidence, but then pedo's aren't likely to appeal and the image will be retained on their pc.
Even though I knew that every spray is downloaded, thanks for bringing that up. Usually I delete that every week so I don't have any illegal stuff on my comp.As an aside: you might unknowingly be "producing" new copies of pedo sprays if you even join a server with one. 1. I'm not sure if my "friend" is impersonating you or you are simply putting yourself into the situation. Although, if this person is supposedly impersonating you, I would submit a report or tell a trade moderator/admin about it to mark them on steam rep. Also, if this person were to say that they would ban Zebra, I would warn them that they are not allowed to ban or kick someone for taunting. If they started a votemenu I would ban them for 1 day or if they are a multiple offender then the required amount. Example: sm_ban "#[U:1:1234]" 1440 "Vote Abuse" Also, if the votemenu banned Zebra for 30 minutes, I would unban them.
2. If everyone on Turbine began to conga while we had to cap the intel one more time, and no one was complaining, I would not be able to do anything about it. But if someone was complaining, I would first warn them and tell them that they can conga on another server such as TRADE|NY. If they still did not follow the rules, I would kick them from the game. If they joined again and still started to conga, I would ban them for friendlying and increase the time if they have done it before.
Hello. Sorry for the delay in my answers, I was very busy. Anyways, here are my answers.
1. If someone were accused for aimbotting, I would first need to acquire evidence to prove it. I would ask anyone if they had evidence to prove it. If they did, I would take it and watch it to make sure it was legitimate and that I would be able to use it. If they didn't have the evidence, I would go into spectator, open console and type "record aimbot", start recording a demo, watch the player who was accused, and type "stop," into console so I could stop the demo from still recording and use it. If I had the evidence in a demo, I would turn it into a dropbox file and then would use it as evidence if the player submits an appeal. After receiving the evidence, I would type this command into console: sm_ban "#[U:1:0000]" 0 "aimbot"
2. Even if I did blindly trust my friend, I wouldn't be able to just mute [U:1:2345]. I would ask my friend for a demo to show me if the vote starter started the vote for an invalid reason. If my friend had a demo that had shown they abused the votemenu, I would type into console: sm_mute "#[U:1:2345]" 1440 "vote abuse" or extend the time of the mute if they had abused the vote system multiple times. Then if the vote were accepted, I would have to unban my friend because he did not freekill. If my friend didn't have the evidence, there would be nothing I could do since the only other source would be word of mouth, which is unreliable. If [U:1:2345] had a demo showing the freekill, then I would have to see if the vote got accepted or declined. If it was accepted then the incident is justified, and if it were declined then I would have to slay my friend and give them a warning.
Yeah, the first question was kind of confusing because I've heard people say they're going to ban someone, but they usually submit a report or tell an admin instead of actually typing in the command to ban the person. As for these:
Perhaps I wasn't clear enough. Your friend is impersonating me. When he says "Don't make me ban you Zebra". I meant it as if your friend was stating he was an admin (impersonating). For this question, while reporting to a trade moderator / admin about it for them to mark is a good idea, there's still things you can do IF it's clear the individual is impersonating an admin. If the person just has the name, that isn't a good enough reason to ban. You can check their profile for similarities as well as what they say, in this case, I've stated that your friend threatens to ban KillerZebra thus stating he has the ability too thus implying he's an admin. Your answer is correct to a certain extent
This is a rather tricky question, the rule states that one is not allowed to "Harm their team for an extended period of time". Since the entire team is conga'ing, no harm is being done. I never stated that "someone starts to complain" but it's good you took that into consideration, this answer is acceptable.
Acceptable answer, it might be a good idea too check bans on other communities or event logs after acquiring information on the type of hack
Acceptable answer.
