    New [Payload+] Add cp map to pool

    Hello. I play a lot on a Payload+ EU server. Recently I've been thinking why not add 1 or 2 popular competitive cp_ map to the map pool, there are no cp_ servers. Or at least for weekends, I think players would like it, a little break from pushing a payload every once in a while
