So if the system says I am unbanned, why am I getting re-banned by the system, and why is this account ( https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/[U:1:142196420] ), WHICH IS NOT MINE, also getting blocked/banned?

Is there a post where I can read that Skial has an anti-cheater policy with permanent bans that are never retracted?

I understand but it was 2 years ago, I just got back into the game, this is no way to run a server if you're going to hold someone accountable for something that happened 2+ years ago
