+1 VSH was already suffering from low skilled hales, and this jump nerf makes it brain-dead easy to win as red. You might say that a hit and run strat is unfair but what makes it so detestable ? I see those who utilize the hale mechanics to the full potential to be the best hales the server has...

Well if the matter is settled in order to prevent further issues with the community and staff members, wouldn't it be great to explicitly list what staff members can do and not do. Like miranda rights for the players. Explicitly stating how admins should behave and proceed would clear up most...

+1 clear guidelines of admin behavior and procedures should exist.

I do think making previous hacker pay a fee would be great. It would have to be some unreasonable fee. An amount say 100$, would dissuade most cheaters and allow for the server to make a profit. Although I do doubt skial would put money over the community view on cheaters.

+1 but I would prefer for there to be a class limit on pyros. 3-6 sounds reasonable. however i do acknowledge that there are class limits on many classes and perhaps those should be revisited too. I'd also like to say pyros are quite strong, people who say just rage or jump usually are the ones...
