I've played a lot of hours on TF2, especially on Skial servers and in that time I can only think of !voteban working once. Normally, legit votes get around 70%-75%. Even when there's an obvious hacker you still get some people voting no (usually from people on the same team as the hacker)...

Sometimes whilst playing my chat and/or my killfeed lags considerably. I can still kill but I don't hear hit sounds or see confirmed kills. Is this my client lagging? I can still use the game fine during these lags.
