I voted yes because I don't believe that Cream Tea has the emotional maturity to handle the position. He got banned from the forums, and now he's bypassing said ban on top of disrespecting and threatening admins? That's not someone I'd want on my team.

From what I recall, he wouldn't be baiting people into breaking the rules since discussion of racial slurs such as the answer to this question is the only exception. So if somebody were to answer by saying the n-word, It would not have been acted upon in that context. + Huge amount of hours...
