Connection failed after 4 retries

damn, it wont let me backup game files becuz of a directory? and i turned firewall off and didnt work soo i turned back on. wish i could play TF2 :(

Connection failed after 4 retries

anyone help with a problem i have on TF2? it shows no servers and if i join a friends game it said "connection failed after 4 retries" this has happened before and then it suddenly stopped?
