You can fix this "the late spawn killer" plugin if you have a source code of this plugin(plugin_name.sp file)

At skial was dr_cocainum_invasion_v1_7. I don't know why map doesn't load. At server of my friend it loads without problems. I think map was downloaded at server with problems and redownload may fix this, i dont know...
