So I've learned some of Fragmasters dustbowl functionality and here it is:
#1: the biggest difference currently is they use a stock 10 minutes start of the round timer with +20 minutes when a point is captured . the round timers do not carry over to each map , its always 10 minutes start , +20...
Yeah I suppose so since blue does have a respawn time as well and if you're working actively to take out their teleporters it can still be hard to attack.
Fragmasters just spoiled me, that server is way more intense and fast paced but skial is fine too.

I just joined the fragmaster server a few minutes ago to see whats up . I was assigned to Blue team and we were on the last stage and pushing to cap . recorded a small video the end of the battle
(Check the match wins too 39Blue/28Red)

and yes the respawn time is brutal for red if blue is setup and has teleporters rolling troops into the battle much quicker than red is respawning , which is more often than not usually.

But now you're left with Defending being impossible and Attacking being too easy. and once Blue team gets teleporters up its gg usually if their entrances aren't fucked with asap.
and I checked the server right when you replied earlier , there were 3 people I didn't bother joining to ask ...
@Bottiger if Red team was imbalanced in their favor , now blue team is . especially with all the weapon and class changes .

The servers dying wasn't because of instant respawn. you changed it to vanilla way before the LA/NY...

Funny you mention that because we won on attacking 3rd map earlier today on that server and I was thinking of you when it happened . (We lost defending 3rd map yesterday as well)
Attacking should not be easy, the matches should be long too.

32 player EU fragmaster dustbowl is so much more fun . Longer rounds , instant respawn , balls to the wall battles .
Skial 32 dustbowl use to be very good years ago but sadly the EU server is jsut better now.
seems pussy imo and imbalanced . EU 32 db server is high octane instant respawn full ball sack meanwhile skial 32 db is cucked .. slow respawn... blah , all the nerfs and changes make 20 second respawn awful imo.

I will say it seems to be doubled almost always . its always 4~5 seconds blue , 15~20 seconds red.

Goldrush and Dustbowl are by far the most popular and fun original maps on Team Fortress Classic and TF2 .

Suggestion is to revert Respawn times and match time lengths to defaults on Community Servers . (Specifically 24/7 Dustbowl US)
