I mean, that's a given. This is an idle server. It's not exactly expected to be fair.

Being able to one-shot a full-health scout is not good in my book when there's no risk.

No, I have 8 GB of RAM. I am using 3.6GB which is nowhere near 75%.

I'm in Overwatch, which is part of why its so high.

64-bit. With Chrome and other non-background apps closed (does not include Steam and the like), I still have a large memory usage thats around 3GB, but only 500MB if even that is from my user.

It's not Chrome I'm interested in, if you looked at how I, as a user, was only using 2GB while the system is using an additional 2.
