Do you have html/motd turned off? Payload+ is very popular. Free players are kicked to make room for donors. I believe the system prefers kicking free players that have motd/html turned off.

I frequently use taunts after kills, usually just for a laugh but I know it gets some players fired up. Hopefully this isn't considered 'toxic' behavior.

Funny, when I go to under-populated servers with bots on them, seems like the real people all group on one team and enjoy annihilating the bots together. I join the bot team to ruin their fun.

The Payload+ US server recently changed to the original Badwater Basin map instead of the pro version that was played before. I think this may have started after a recent TF2 update. Was this intended? I really prefer the pro version.
