You could just disable sprays (I don't know how but there is an option or something you can put into console) also it's already in the rules to not allow porn, gore or anything along those lines, so just screenshot the man who done the spray and then report it.

Ok, I'm getting real pissed how simple it is to ban someone on skial, I join a saxton hale server or any server for that matter and someone can just say random bullshit to make people vote yes to ban someone for 30 minutes, an average new player can do this freely and that's fucking horrible...
