Problem has been solved without any intervention by myself, but the server got Ddos'd as I was reconnecting to it (computer crashed). Steam servers were being targeted as well. Until the crash and attack, it was working fine tonight, though.

Don't know where else to put this, but the Skial servers got Ddos'd, tried joining Casual steam servers, and they got taken out as well. -- To the above post of mine, I was able to play on Skial with no issues besides the Ddos, so yay?

Late reply to your late reply.. I'm 99% sure it has to do with UDP connectivity now. I am using Windows Firewall on Win 7 and made an exception for UDP incoming and outgoing traffic which allowed me to start steam without the -tcp added. Still no connectivity on the specific servers, but a step...
