    Declined Please get rid of sv_minrate 90000

    After playing a little bit on the Skial Badwater+ EU server I noticed lots of lag. Loss should never be above 0 and on your server it fluctuates between 1 and 4. Such a high minrate only produces lags and doesn't make the game better. Please decrease sv_minrate to 30k or even 0.
