i have the exact same problem on skial payload eu+, i live in switzerland too and get also 120 ping where i usually had 15 ping, on any other server i have normal ping |------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| |...

so you say if they wont change this, and update tf2 to 64 bit you wont be able to join skial unless you use the older version of tf2? or did i missunderstood that?

I am also not sure about the triggerbot thing, but 100 % he has wallhack. That wasnt just luck finding these invis spies, not with that precision he does, and so he does with the scout you say. Lets see what the other admins says
