If, during a VSH round, only a Scout (or multiple of those) are alive, the Hale gets a speed boost. This is in order to minimize the amount of dragging out the(se) Scout(s) can do when it's just them alive.

I've reported WorsWiz (https://steamcommunity.com/id/WorsWizard) several times for the same thing, spamming the voice chat and literally not stopping at all, but that votereport kept expiring with insufficient votes.
