So the Middleman forces the buyer and seller to perform a 'non-chargebackable' transfer of funds prior to buying 'virtual and therefore chargebackable' items? Im sorry for the word chargebackable, its the easiest way to stay on topic here.

What is this stuff all about? I dont understand all this stuff with charge backs and middleman stuff. Can someone clue me in please?
