If you're playing things via the mic - then it's spam, which is against our rules. If it's music - then it falls into our rule regarding votes, and it's up to the players. However, if it's anything else - that's up to the admin to silence you for.

I'd say it's a case of leniency more than anything else. In the appeals linked, they were saying it numerous times. In this case, it's a single chat line - likely not worth punishing over. Edit: Plus the appeals linked was only one word different from what the actual hack says

Just to make sure I'm understanding you properly, you're saying that you weren't using your microphone at the time that image was taken. So that would suggest that either the image is altered, or that he encountered a bug which showed speech bubbles over peoples heads - when they weren't talking?
