Well I've only seen the one about not advertising hacks; nothing about absurd IP bans. You would feel the same way as I if someone in your household did the same (and in my case couldn't just unban myself in such a scenario.)

I understand although I wasn't previously aware of this "if one person uses your IP maliciously then everyone regardless of what they have or haven't done gets f***ed over" policy. Could it not be possible to at least have my Steam account unbanned while leaving the IP banned?
