I understand it now, I was tired, and didn't have much rest. My bad.

Xerox abuses his donator powers, by spawn camping enemies, and not letting them have fun on Skial. I think he should have his powers taken away because he runs around faster than a scout as a heavy with 300 health, with a Rocket Launcher. It is almost impossible to kill him because of his speed...
