Yes those are all bans from me. I don't know if the IP change even matters here. I was banned before on this IP and I am now banned once again. I was merely asking why now? I would understand if you deny my request, as it's probably unwise to trust someone based off of what they say in a forum...

Under Account activity details, there only appear to be very recent activities. The IP change was, I believe, over a year ago. Your system had all the information it has now a while back, why was I not banned for this before?

Yes, our internet was reset and our IP was changed. And no, I only have 100 hours on this account, 584 on my previous account.
