I would never ban for no reason and wouldnt say its just fun and for giggles... being an admin is serious and if i would have gotten angry i would quickly leave and/ or laugh it off, its my actions that dont seem to be real or unjustified, i do know the rules and wouldnt just be an as and abuse...
