Medics Need to realize a soldiers potential

Ive noticed most soldiers using the escape plan, dying from hales as they get healed while running away, or using the speed to fight if out of ammo. I would like to make the suggestion of making medic healing sources blocked when active, like the sniper melee.

REgarding the 60 days for 10$ would this mean )in relation) that if i donated 20$ id get 120 days? Need to be answered before donating.
