Thanks for the information, could use a sticky from the regular tf2 forum though. And Harassment falls under implied, not explicit. Though if you are going to promote harassment, or do nothing to stop it, I will spend my time playing on other tf2 servers.

Might be worth broadcasting anyway, it's not like ping to the EU servers is that high (~140ms from D/FW Texas, which is perfectly playable for tf2).
