yeah kinda odd doesnt happen on us or eu (from what ive seen atleast) happens a bit sparsely and players are unable to do anything for a little while (4 - ~10 seconds) kinda disrupts gameplay a bit

wasnt the spycicle buggy or something back then. gave you some kind of perm buff? or am i thinking of something else
