You are approaching this as if it is a legal matter. Skial is a privately owned server for a free2play game, laws don't really apply to bans here. Admins can and should be banning people that make their community look bad, you shouldn't have to be worrying about comparisons to Miranda rights...

I just had something very strange happen. Was in game lobby selecting gods, discussing who should pick what. 30 seconds to go with only 2 of our gods locked in, then all of a sudden I was back in main lobby with a 10 min deserter penalty. WHAT?

I can agree with this statement. This game is massively addicting and fun, with occasional sprinkles of rage (when you get a bad/non-listening team.) I have barely touched TF2 in the last month+ thanks to Ant. :D Btw Ant, how often do you play, and do you want to group up for a game some...
