Blame the recording software. Though my pc is trash, it's much better than it seems. The recording software records it at like 10fps.

I have no clue if this is a bug for !contracts or a client-side error. I cant post a screenshot of what I'm seeing due to the fact i need to have 2 posts before able to have the privilege of photos or links. Every time I attempt to use !contracts, !bp (and any command that opens a window)...
