Why should you be unbanned?
first off i stand by what i said. im not coming here to say sorry about saying a man who tried to shoot ice agents and was caught on camera assaulting and spitting at ice agents deserved to fafo. i just find it out that as a right wing person, i get gagged for "hateful speech" for three months when i see countless people on the server mocking people like charlie kirk and saying how he deserved it yet nothing happens to them strangely. hell i even tried to make a report against a user who told me to kill myself and nothing was done, that imo should be banned for hateful speech wouldnt yall think? also btw the user who told me to kill myself is actually friends with feral the head moderator and blocked me when i tried to report him. again i stand by everything i said and i think this gag should be lifted, or if your hell bent on keeping the gag since im right wing then reduce it. if someone can tell me to kill myself and be able to get away with then this gag should be removed ithttps://media.discordapp.net/attach...63961d71d&=&format=webp&width=1423&height=800 https://steamcommunity.com/id/nouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu/

As one of the people who's been dealing with you every time in servers bothering people constantly diverting any discussion into "Trump is the best thing to happen to our lives" etc etc, I believe I have full right to comment on this appeal. You quite literally only join servers to sit in spawn and talk about trump being president and white people no longer having to be "afraid of those people" anymore and additionally stating how and I quote "X person deserves the death penalty for being left wing". You literally try to spark arguments constantly whenever any has any form of slight disagreement with you on any political topic. Hell, you refuse to take part in any other topic spoken about if it isn't about Trump and you have a 9+ year history of being a constantly muted person on repeat.

No one in the community should have to put up with someone who solely constantly joins to shit up the server nor should we have to resort constantly to the Ignore command to not hear you because end up seeing you in the text chat after the fact minging about people "silencing the whites". We have had frequent users of the USA1 watch you sit in spawn only moving slightly to avoid AFK kicks so you can spit hateful ideologies. Nor should we have to deal with you constantly going "but im in the discord and i can tell the admins to get you banned if you do any vote mute on me".

You have a literal 2 page long list of mutes and several permamutes that you only got off via technicality because of a mass appeal wave to look in good faith and nothing has changed about you in that time, if anything you've gotten worse.

and i have changed, aka gotten smarter, aka not stupid enough to say slurs or anything racist in the server. i never once am going to say the n word or anything racist

Again, as I've said, nothing's changed about them in the 9 years they've been causing trouble if anything they've only gotten into a worse excuse to do so, hell the last time I saw them able to talk in the Skial server they were trying to egg people into yelling full blast at each other when someone mentioned Jack Black saying "Next time I hope we don't miss". If in 10 years of them doing this nothing has changed but they've only found new ways to skirt their hateful and violent mindset, why should they be left around?

Ok so first off. I brought up she was a lesbian because she was, I wasn't saying she deserved it because she was a lesbian. And second. Idk what you mean by that profile and even if it was mine I was never in the server when that profile was like that. So again In the chance that's my profile I still haven't broken skial guidelines as that profile in that state never was in the server itself. And third
I want this appeal closed. I am sick of people who have nothing to do with the fucking appeal commenting on it and not receiving punishment, when I got a one month ban for it while these assholes get nothing.

Profile has nothing to do with this. As you can see this happened after my three month gag so it doesn't involve skial or anything of the sorts. Now I'm gonna ask you to ether accept or decline this appeal. I'm sick of these assholes commenting on shit that doesn't involve them.
