Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Literally did not even vote menu abuse or chat spam at all. I was playing the game like I always do. You can check the logs to see if I was actually ctrl+c/ctrl+v or bind spamming. The same goes for votemenu abuse. I didn't call a votemenu on [TCA] engy at all today.​

Feel free to delete this if it isn't allowed but I was in the server Stannis was playing on when the silence was invoked. I'd been playing for twenty minutes and during that time no votes were initiated through votemenu, nor was their any spamming in the chat

Since your last appeal, I dont see you in any of yours logs where you've learnt the rules. You've had the chance of several silences (that were for the same reason), but you're still ignoring them.

You acknowledged the client mute works (after avoiding conflict from !ignore, possibly). This is his quote:

Sorry for the delay getting back, been under the weather. I just tested client mute several times on several different servers and players, and every time it muted their mic and their chat. If your client mute is not working, try toggling it off and then back on the players you'd like muted. If that doesn't work, try toggling it off the offending player(s), exiting, verifying the game cache, then fire tf2 up again and re-enable it on the offending player(s). The only thing I can figure is a conflict between !ignore and the client mute (esc, ear icon, select player, click 'mute in game voice'). The best way to troubleshoot is put everything back how it was to start (unignore people, unmute them from the client mute menu), then try only using client mute. Let me know how that works out.

I was one of the first ones to point out the payload glitch on Barnblitz Pro8 when it was introduced, leading to replacing it with Pro6 instead. I help engineers build their teles, sentries, dispensers as start up. I play medic when we have none/need to. I don't go around griefing or making troll teles like TCA Engy or take up a server spot. I COMMUNICATE effectively. I take advantage of BOTH the all voice chat and the team chat bind that Skial offers in its thread (I have it in my autoexe.cfg folder as "Shift"). What more, short of donator status, would you want from a player? I'm recognized on the servers as a regular, and this is not how one should be treated!
