Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
the Renegade attempted to scam my brother out of items by stating he is a steam employee and if my brother did not give him items, he will ban him. This had happened after my brother traded around 3 keys of stuff for to a guy for 5 keys of stuff. The guy overpaid willingly because he wanted my brothers items. I then told the renegade about this, who, was my friends, asking if he wanted to buy this stuff. He added my brother to commence in a trade. He then found out that the person who traded my brother this stuff was his friend, and then told his friend that he could've gotten more for his items. His friend then wanted to trade his stuff back. They both already traded and therefore my brother was not obligated to trade the guy his stuff back. Then, renegade messaged me starting that he is friends with a steam employee and will get me and my brother (falsely) and I ip-banned for scamming, even though what had happened was clearly not a scam. Then, he messaged my brother, stating he was a steam employee and started he will ban him if he did not give my brother his items. He tried to scam my brother out of items by claiming he was a steam employee.

He also goes on the skial trade ny server and attempts to scam people by telling them his items are worth far more than their actual values or what you can buy them for at any given time on outpost or bp.tf classifieds. He also lies about what items he has to gain credibility, for instance, he has stated multiple times that he has owned 3 burning team captains in the past, and says this still to this date. He says he acquired all 3 burning team captains from unboxing, of which he unboxed 6 crates in his lifetime and received 4 unusuals, 3 of which were burning team captains. Habitual liar.

He just attempted to scam people by stating his items are worth far more than they actually are. He stated his Strange Professional Scorch Shot is worth 16-18 keys. Now, take a look at the link below. They don't even sell at 4 keys.

Now, this is steamrep's definition of a scammer: A scammer is anyone that uses deception, thievery, lies, or anything that is underhanded to take advantage of or steal from another trader. See below for more comprehensive list of what qualifies for SCAMMER status.

Renegade tried to deceive my brother into thinking he was a steam employee to steal items from him. Renegade used deception and lies to try to sell his scorch shot (as well as many other items he tries to sell) to attempt to make people overpay greatly.

It is simple, the Renegade is a scammer.

I was there when Renegade tried to scam. I have been there everytime. He even told someone a strange killstreak huntsman was selling for 14 keys when it is selling for 9 barely. I have known renegade for awhile. He is a scammer. And a liar. I would like to help the community by not letting him scam anymore people.

You asked me to pretend to be a Steam employee to scare your brother who was scamming. This happened two months ago. I sent in an email with your Steam chat and my Steam chat to Valve in case you tried to do this. The guy who traded your brother accidentally gave him some items he did not want to. He wanted his items back and your brother wouldn't do it. So, I talked to him to try and get it back for him. If you'd like, I can link my friend's Steam profile and he can talk to any of the admins who have questions for him. You even asked Sarcasm to take care of it two days ago. Why are you continuously bringing this back up?

Ok, so, post all of your evidence here, don't just talk about it. A week before you tried to scam my brother, I asked you to scare my brother away from an unusual server I was on. I never said anything about you pretending to be a steam employee. My brother was acting foolishly and said he had a burning tc for sale, so I asked you to scare him away. Saying he has a burning tc is not scamming, he was joking around. I have the rest of the screenshots that complete the chat where you claimed to be a steam employee to try to steal (I will upload them tomorrow). You didn't just try to get the items back. You threatened my brother and I that you will get us ip banned for scamming, which you just admitted here was not a scam. My brother did not lie to your friend to get items from him. Your friend willingly gave him the items in return for his items.

Keep talking scammer. You will get what you deserve.

I'm gonna go ahead and believe vince over here, as he does have pictures on the incident and someone has also backed him up.

Because that does not pertain to you scamming nor does it pertain to you impersonating a steam employee.

I'll see if I can get my friend on here and the original chat log between me and FLUFFER. He complained about it to Sarcasm two days ago even though this was done and over with over 2 months ago.

This wasn't two months ago. It was two weeks ago.

Quiet frankly, I'm going against Renegade. I live on the Trade NY server. I've been here for about 4-5 months.

Now, Renegade was pretty cool when I first met him. Honorable mate, nice to me since I was pretty new back then. Ever since he lost the big gamble [lost most of his backpack], he's been... Suspicious. He was muted some what after for a month I believe, and ever since he got unmuted, he has been nothing but trouble. I gave him a gift of a Strange Huntsman[the Strange Killstreak one Tomo mentioned, that was my gift] cause I felt bad for him. He sold it when he got unmuted. Ok, just shrug it off, I just don't trust him anymore. Now, he seems to have amassed an army of people that trust him; anyone that disagrees with him will usually get vote muted and talked down upon. He runs around, buying things for low prices that are ridiculous and sells things crazy prices, and if anyone dares use backpack.tf when trading, he will call them fools and tell them that they're inaccurate in their prices.

Now, I don't know if this will lead to a ban. But I wish for atleast a admin. He seems to get crazy with power.

And scamming is, is it not?

But what makes you think it was scamming? In your picture, there's no impersonation with intent to scam or fraud. And besides, you asked me to scare your brother by impersonating a Steam employee. And getting the prices of an item from one trading site out of a bunch of others doesn't mean I'm overpricing or trying to scam. One site can't honestly decide the price of an item for all the players. That's why there's multiple sites.

Telling someone that something is worth more doesn't mean you're gonna get tagged as a scammer. If so, then the people selling buds for 40 dollars, or the unusuals selling for high amounts, or quicksells, would all mark people as scammers.

Prove I asked you to impersonate anyone. You are a liar. You told my brother you are a steam employee in order to steal all of his items, you tried to impersonate a steam employee with intent of scamming him.

Did I impersonate a Steam employee? Yes. Was it to steal his entire backpack? No. Was it to get my friend his items back from your brother? Yes. And your brother's backpack value spiking up isn't really proof either.
