1) You need to use windowed mode instead of textmode
2) You can use local server as long as sv_lan is set to 0
3) You have to confirm every single drop, as long as there's a misplaced item, you won't receive any more drops

Users have already found means around this so they automate the need to confirm each drop,
but it's one huge roundabout if we compare it to how simple it was with just loading up a few textmodes.

This is false, you can receive at least up to 4 weapon drops and 2 crate drops in normal idle, on an actual server. I have confirmed it with 4 accounts already. It seems to stop around 4 to 5 though. Current idle is testing 3 hour checks and is fine so far, normal drop rate.
