I would love to see the return of frag grenades. Or at least the Demoman Detpack.

However, I have a feeling we're going to get some type of collectible wearable items that will transform our character to look like Robots themselves. Of course along with a lot of the predictions about reskined hats and what-not.

Several months ago I saw a mock-up of dozens of 'robotized' hats, they are robo versions of popular hats. I think these are what will be in the robocrates. Robot reskin hats.
