Unless they're recrating max's head hats in robot form, I think these might be hat re-skins applied over normal hats or are these considered completely new hats?

There's a buttload more not included in that gallery, it was a giant project submitted to Valve to try and get new life from MVM rewards, I'm fairly certain Valve will cherry pick which hats to release but I'm thinking the robo crate will have a huge inventory of potential items instead of there being multiple robo-crates.
