With the frequent Heavy and Spycrab bans I feel it should be clearly stated in the rules as an example. I also feel that there should be an in server warning or a kick with a warning before a ban is given.

I have both moved for a reiteration/clarification of the rules and asked Ruelel to warn before banning several times.
Neither have turned over.

Via text chat that probably got pushed off immediately or went entirely unnoticed. You need to say this shit with AUTHORITY. Nobody will take your threats seriously unless they know you have the power to carry through.
Just.. Kick them first next time, okay? The whole "mute racists instead of banning them to maintain player counts" thing isn't going to work if you keep using banning as a first line of defense.

Server Rules are right here http://www.skial.com/threads/server-rules.136/ I'm fairly certain the last one applies to this because you are wasting a slot, wasting server resources and are a waste of matter being on a server if you aren't going to play. If you want to troll, the Trade Servers are there for such an occasion.

I understand that you're angry someone challenged your rule but seriously, one of the biggest scuffs in the reddit fiasco last week was the quality of the response the original thread recieved from the staff.
Be humourous. Be understanding. Be tolerant. At very least be professional. Calling appealers retarded only serves to further sour the taste in their mouths when they leave, and are all the more likely to venture out and spread the word about how shitty our admins are. Give them an explanation WITHOUT dehumanizing them and then walk away. Simple as that.
No. Just a clear warning. I do not plan on doing that again and will warn people who are that they are risking consequences by doing so. I just want a clear warning from server admins instead of instant bans is all. I do not mean any disrespect. Showing this specifically in the server rules i.e. "No Spy crabbing, friendly heavy, etc." would also be helpful.

I was originally going to apologize for Ruelel being somewhat cranky tonight, but, uh... not anymore.

I even blew up the part for you. It's not that difficult to understand. I administrate a non-Skial server and only give one warning before you're booted for this kind of shit. Your 'fun' is costing your team of 11, fun, costing your enemy team of 12 fun. *What's the fun in bludgeoning you to death with a Fan-O-War or a Maul if you don't fight back* If you're not going to play, you shouldn't be in there. Hard enough when the donator slots get full too...and the AFK kicker's being anal on 30 second counters...
Stats show a warning at 2030 hours. Removal happened 8 minutes afterwards at 2038. *During the time you got killed by a few enemy players with questionable tactics...* You had plenty of time to ask an Admin for a clarification, or cease and desist. You chose neither.
