Hey, there is like a random white box on my desktop. I can move it around and stuff. It showed up after I played some A.V.A.

Should be able to figure it out from the applications list, not the processes list.

Not likely. Usually glitched-out windows like this won't register an application.

Post every process that shows up in your Task Manager. We'll figure this shit out for you.

Typically if there's a window for it, it shows on the list.
Only if it shows up in the taskbar, which is where that list is populated from. Bugged out windows like this don't always have a taskbar entry.

Game overlay
thats it
Edit: end process
More than likely. gameoverlay.exe is what Steam uses to give you the Steam overlay when you press SHIFT+TAB while in-game. Sometimes it locks up and doesn't kill the process when you quit a game.

Though I've never had it leave a white box behind, though. That's actually really strange. Possibly a new glitch.

However, I also see that you've got a ton of Toshiba bloatware running. You should probably prune some of that to free up. Start > Run > "msconfig" > Startup Tab. Get rid of some of that Toshiba stuff. I've got a Toshiba laptop which also came with a bunch of bloatware, but I've disabled all of these. No negative side effects. In fact, it's a lot less annoying, as I don't have useless bullshit popping up to warn me that some app is using up a lot of CPU usage (while the notification with its fancy animation actually uses up a ton of CPU, itself, just to tell me something else is hogging CPU).

Thanks for the info. Deleting game overlay didn't help.

We really need a tech support forum. We've been getting a lot of threads like this lately.
