We are currently testing a plugin that will let you equip any hat or weapon you want (as long as it is for the right class. You can setup 2 loadouts per class and they will carry over between reconnects and different servers.
Guide

To wear something you either need the name or the ID of the item. I recommend that you use the name. You can find names here:

Then you type !equip for a weapon or !wear for cosmetics. You don't have to type out the full name. You can't equip an item from the wrong class.

• !equip
  • show a full list of weapons
• !equip mangler
  • will equip a Cow Mangler 5000 if you are a soldier the next time you spawn.
• !wear
  • show a full list of wearable items
• !wear notch...

The taunt command (which you can get by donating or in the store for 10k credits) can now take the partial name of a taunt. This means you can bind it to a key for easy usage instead of going through a menu every time.

Examples:

• /taunt man
• /taunt cong
