When buying in cash: I count ref as $.85, so that's how the conversion works, rounded to nearest $.05, (usually down)
When buying in BTC: Ask me on price - I use current conversion rate based on mtgox, with a discount
When Buying in TF2 items: You're not going to get your spreadsheet top listed price. Tough. It's how buying stuff with intangibles works. Keys = 2.33, $1.70
