There's no need to report DDoS attack warnings from "Console". All attacks are logged and reported to the authorities and the message is for your convenience.
If the server went down then it means the attack was too big to handle. The server will come back up later depending if the attack is still running.
However if an attack happens and there is no warning then that is something we would like to know.
