How to glitch items together?

So... I was just wondering, how does one exactly put two "incompatible" cosmetics on at the same time?

Yeah, you can't have it anymore, unless you glitched them in a loadout prior to a patch.

@infernoHD has a loadout on soldier with the Marxman, Novelty Chops and Pipe, and Heroes Hachimaki which he glitched prior to the patch.

i had glitched sets before the update as well but the update automatically removed the items that clipped : (
