It's probably because Saxton hale has not been updated in a long time. The compound bow does not get crits and all that is, is a reskin.

Saxon oringaly has not been updated sense 2013 or less if I'm not mistaken.

too bad Valve never implemented a true "locked style" system (case in point: the Spine-Chilling Skull 2011 uses 4 schema entries; one for the bought version, and 3 for the "locked style" versions). if the schema saw reskins as the same item entry, things would be a hell of a lot easier for mod-makers
