Actually, I found the demo of Elliot.
He is using an exploit on Office to bypass the motivator.

youre under the map in a place you should not be, it seems you were hiding there to extend the map

I didn't go down there to extend the map, there were still 3 other people currently alive and I commited suicide before they died.

you also have 3 previous bans for map exploit, you should know by now not to go down there or exploit the map in any other way.
