Guy keeps spamming 'lol/ez' almost every 10 seconds either due to a kill or to someone telling him to shut up.
[BG]Gunslinger tried to do a vote mute but it didn't go through, naturally on this server its full of trolls. Tried to do a report, didn't go through. I did one, still didn't go through, Two other users tried and they still didn't go through even though we had about six to eight people doing !votereport.
He also tried to get some reports against those reporting him, they don't seem to have gone through either.

Aiming for a Comm Block on this guy unless an admin feels differently.
