Austrailium Point System Broken

I have reached over 2500 points so far and when I try to make a purchase with the points, it does not work. I have been trying for the last few hours and it has yet to work. Other players have told me it does not work for them either. Can we get this looked at please??

You don't "Buy" the rewards, they're retro active. Think of it like a ranking system.
If you are ranked "2500" then you have the 2500 reward and all rewards below

You don't "purchase" perks. The way it works is, for the 1000 point perk, if you have 1000+ points, you have the perk. When you go over 2500, you get the 2500 points perk. However, you lose 5% of your points every day.

As they said above, you automatically unlock the reward once you have the required AP amount. You don't buy anything.
