Need Help Get rid of the "Hat/joke isitkool" in Jailbreak

I am not quite sure how this works, but every now and then in Casuarina, it pops up and lets you vote on yes or no. I assume the warden can trigger it. Since hat and joke day are both now banned, this should probably be removed from the maps/server, so that Hat and Joke day aren't encouraged.
Yes, I know this is a lot of suggestions. I wouldn't have said them, but Maddo encouraged me, so I went ahead and put them out.

It's a button you press from the theatre from the blue's roof.

It has been removed from Skial MineCart, but I honestly doubt they are going to edit all/other maps.

Too much work for such dumb little things that tend to be in all the maps anyways.

Ok, from the amount of disagrees I'm getting, we shouldn't do what Sroy thinks.
